Tracking says order is delivered, but I can't find it...Updated a month ago
If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have the package:
- Check around your delivery location (mailroom, concierge, neighbors, safe drop spots)
- Contact the final-mile carrier for delivery details, e.g. USPS, Fedex etc.
- Check the mailing address in your order confirmation email is correct
- Message our support team so we can help with next steps
