How do I track my order?Updated a month ago
You can track your MIOME order using the tracking feature (box #1) on the help desk homepage here. Or you can find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What tracking information is provided
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link to the carrier’s tracking page (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Click the link to see your shipment status and estimated delivery.
Delays or missing tracking updates
It’s normal for tracking to pause for a day or two, since packages aren’t scanned at every stop. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
