Yes, you can cancel, pause, or adjust your MIOME subscription at any time through your subscription portal.
To cancel:
1. Log into your subscription portal using the email linked to your order
2. Click “Subscriptions”
3. Select “Cancel” and follow the prompts
Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed or are in transit.
If you’d like to try to cancel an order that’s already been processed, contact our Customer Success Team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
